10 Year Limited Warranty

Products manufactured in the United States by MasonWays Plastics, LLC. are warranted by MasonWays to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 10 years from date of sale by MasonWays or its authorized dealer.

This warranty is void if product has been damaged by shipment, unreasonable use, misuse, additions or deletions to product or other causes not arising out of defects in manufacturing or workmanship.

Warranty protection requires that weight capabilities are followed and that load weight be distributed evenly to ensure safe and appropriate use of our products. During warranty period, product with defect will be replaced free of charge. Product must be returned upon a written authorization issued by MasonWays Plastics, LLC. Return shipment must be prepaid by returning party.
